On Easter Sunday and Monday, Arcangelo Corelli conducts Handel’s oratorio, La Resurrezione, at the Palazzo Bonelli. The orchestra, which consists of about 45 players, includes a trombonist identified as “Andrea” in the orchestra; trombone is presumably used as a continuo instrument in this case (Guion, Short History).
