Young trombonist Tiberio di Girolamo Rivolti is jailed for having written certain scandalous words on the wall of the employees’ dining room and for having lied to fellow trombonist Giovanbattista di Bennardino. Tiberio goes on to become one of the leading Sienese trombonists (D’Accone, Civic Muse 581).
